I'm going to watch it later on DVR, but I will not be surprising Chinese people.

I normally surprise Chinese people on Saturday afternoons, but will temporarily pause that to listen to this game.

Of course it's on NHL Network so not on ESPN+. Sorry, NHL. Not forking over another sum of money to sub to yet ANOTHER streaming service. I'll wait the 48 hours and watch it later.

That boarding goal against Pavelski was a borderline BS call. But that was probably one of the best first 10 minutes of the Stars this season. Too bad the penalties cut the rhythm quite a bit.

I'm watching on delay - they just tagged Miro with the dbl minor and I wanted to discuss that here, but I'm operating on my own timeline with the delay and I was thinking that would be a cool social media feature - linking the timeline of your dvr/streaming service with the discussion online to avoid spoilers if you want but still pretend you're watching in real time.

I'm gonna *fargin'* make millions with this idea. Don't steal it.

Hedman just scored. 3-1 Stars with 7ish left in the 1st

Seguin needs to never leave the net area. Standing around the net gets him most of his goals.

Most of you all missed a heck of a game by the Stars. Probably their best first 40 minutes of the season. I'd say 60 minutes, but the third period was largely cruise control.

I had to watch it on DVR, but it was great. Cooper wanting to pull Vasilevskiy and getting waved off by his goalie was something you don’t see often.

I was afraid the Stars would eventually cool down from the second period but I wasn't the case. Despite the Heiskanen double minor, they kept the pace and managed several grade A+ scoring opportunities in the first where they could have an even more comfortable lead. That's a reference game for sure.

Kinda feels like the kind of game that can keep giving confidence boosts to guys like Robertson and Harley because both has their best games of the season.

They better have some of that “A”game saved for tomorrow. Tampa Bay should be angry.

The twins had my tickets for the game - wasn't sure whether they could tell in person that Vasilevskiy waved Cooper off or not but they could. Pretty ballsy, but I guess if you are Andrei Vasilevskiy you've earned that latitude.

My uncle did not give two tugs of a dead dog's dick about the surprise LOL.

He just nodded and was like "okay okay thank you".
